CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT / PAYMENT TERMS Français Le Client versera à SLON Inc. : ● 50 % à la commande officielle, ● 35 % lorsque la fabrication est terminée, avant l’installation (avec preuve photo), ● 15 % dans les trente (30) jours suivant l’installation. Exception : Pour toute commande d’un montant inférieur à 1 000 $ avant taxes , un paiement de 100% est exigé à la commande officielle. En cas de retard de paiement au-delà de soixante (60) jours, les dispositions suivantes s’appliquent : ● Un intérêt annuel de 25 % est appliqué, calculé au prorata du retard. ● SLON Inc. reste propriétaire de l’enseigne jusqu’au paiement intégral. ● À défaut de paiement à 60 jours, SLON Inc. se réserve le droit de retirer l’enseigne sans préavis. ● Toute réinstallation sera facturée séparément et payable intégralement avant l’intervention. ● SLON Inc. se réserve le droit de suspendre toute production ou livraison future en cas de non-paiement. SLON Inc. se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes conditions, unilatéralement et sans préavis. English The Client shall pay SLON Inc. as follows: ● 50% upon official order, ● 35% upon completion of fabrication, prior to installation (with photo proof), ● 15% within thirty (30) days following installation. Exception : For any order amounting to less than $1,000 before taxes , a 100% payment is required upon official order. In the event of late payment beyond sixty (60) days, the following provisions shall apply: ● An annual interest rate of 25% will be applied, calculated on a pro-rata basis for the delay. ● SLON Inc. retains ownership of the sign until full payment has been received. ● In the event of non-payment after 60 days, SLON Inc. reserves the right to remove the sign without prior notice. ● Any reinstallation will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to intervention. ● SLON Inc. reserves the right to suspend any future production or delivery in the event of non-payment.
