CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT / PAYMENT TERMS Français Le Client versera à SLON Inc. : ● 50 % à la commande officielle, ● 35 % lorsque la fabrication est terminée, avant l’installation (avec preuve photo), ● 15 % dans les trente (30) jours suivant l’installation. Exception : Pour toute commande d’un montant inférieur à 1 000 $ avant taxes , un paiement de 100% est exigé à la commande officielle. En cas de retard de paiement au-delà de soixante (60) jours, les dispositions suivantes s’appliquent : ● Un intérêt annuel de 25 % est appliqué, calculé au prorata du retard. ● SLON Inc. reste propriétaire de l’enseigne jusqu’au paiement intégral. ● À défaut de paiement à 60 jours, SLON Inc. se réserve le droit de retirer l’enseigne sans préavis. ● Toute réinstallation sera facturée séparément et payable intégralement avant l’intervention. ● SLON Inc. se réserve le droit de suspendre toute production ou livraison future en cas de non-paiement. In the event of late payment beyond sixty (60) days, the following provisions shall apply: ● An annual interest rate of 25% will be applied, calculated on a pro-rata basis for the delay. ● SLON Inc. retains ownership of the sign until full payment has been received. ● In the event of non-payment after 60 days, SLON Inc. reserves the right to remove the sign without prior notice. ● Any reinstallation will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to intervention. ● SLON Inc. reserves the right to suspend any future production or delivery in the event of non-payment. While we strive for precision and satisfaction, SLON SIGNS assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, or discrepancies in materials, sizes, colors, or other production elements that arise from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client. Any variations in final products due to manufacturing tolerances are deemed acceptable within industry standards. Quote Payment Instructions: Please make checks payable to SLON inc. By signing a quote, the client accepts SLON inc.’s proposal for the project and agrees to all terms stated in this page. Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Ownership and Removal Policy: (EN) All products delivered by SLON inc. remain the property of SLON inc. until full payment is received. If payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe, SLON inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove the signage without prior notice to the client. Reinstallation will only occur after full settlement of the original invoice, payment of any applicable penalties, and an additional charge for any extra services rendered. By agreeing to these terms, the client waives the right to pursue legal action against SLON inc. in the event of such removal. Production Artwork and File Preparation: If applicable, artwork and file preparation are not included in our standard production services. Any additional work related to preparing files or artwork may be charged separately. Changes to Approved Quotes: Once a quote has been approved by the client, any requested changes to materials, dimensions, or finishing details will incur additional charges. These charges will reflect the scope of adjustments needed and any associated material or labor costs. Technician Instructions: SLON SIGNS technicians do not accept on-site instructions regarding installation, service, or surveys. Production Start and Payment Terms: Production begins once the client has made a 50% deposit of the approved quote amount and signed the proof file. Responsibility for Artwork and Specifications: The client is responsible for providing any graphics, artwork, and additional specifications that were not previously discussed upon quote approval. Production Timeline: Projects typically require about three weeks for production, though this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity and scale of the work. Non-Included Services: Unless specifically mentioned in the quote, the following services are excluded: Electrical services, removal of existing signs, wall preparation for installation, and installation of trap doors. Sign Removal Services: If sign removal is included in the quote, SLON SIGNS does not offer additional services for painting or wall/surface repairs after the removal of existing signs. Illuminated Signs: For illuminated signage, if the quote does not specify a specific type of LED, SLON SIGNS will use white LEDs with a standard color temperature of 7000K (subject to minor variations). All LEDs are 12V and come with power supplies provided by SLON SIGNS to ensure reliable performance. Installations and Services External Installation Parking and Access: Clients should ensure reserved parking in front of the work area for truck access. Installation dates and times can be confirmed 12-24 hours in advance. Any delays will be billed at the hourly rate, and SLON SIGNS reserves the right to cancel the service if waiting time occurs, with the full service fee required. Site Protection: SLON SIGNS is not liable for lawn damage or other hidden infrastructure issues. If any lawn protection is needed (e.g., plywood placement), the client must notify SLON SIGNS three business days in advance. Infrastructure Details: Clients must provide details on any sprinkler systems or other underground infrastructure three business days prior to installation, along with a site access plan. Wall Graphics The client is responsible for informing SLON SIGNS if the wall has been recently painted, as this may affect the installation process. Vehicle Wrap Warranty: SLON SIGNS provides a one-year warranty for vehicle wraps. Mounting Surface Condition: Warranty is void for any areas where rust, paint failure, or pre-existing damage is present. Wax Failures: Issues related to wax failure are not covered under warranty. Vehicle Preparation: Vehicles must be washed one hour prior to delivery. If not, an additional charge of two hours at the hourly rate per unit will apply. Panel and Edge Cuts: Film will be trimmed 1/8" from all edges, and in the gaps between box panels. Roll-Up Door Film: Due to frequent use and potential ice accumulation, film on roll-up truck doors may degrade more quickly. Installation Location: Wraps are applied at the SLON SIGNS shop, located at 4950 Rue Courval, Saint-Laurent, QC. Color Matching Disclaimer Please note that exact color matching cannot be guaranteed across different materials and production methods. When a project involves multiple systems—such as painted finishes, printed graphics, vinyl films, or illuminated elements—each process uses different technologies and color profiles. As a result, variations in color, tone, and finish may occur. While we make every effort to achieve the closest possible match (including referencing Pantone or approved samples when provided), differences should be expected, especially under varying lighting conditions or viewing angles. If precise color consistency is critical, we recommend approving physical samples prior to full production.
